Download this file:
Extract the file (it’ll be a .dll file)
Drag it in your Age of Empires 2 HD Directory

Go to :C:/WINDOWS/system32/kernel32.dll
Open kernel32.dll with notepad
Type there:GetCurrentProcessorNumber and save

Both methods haven’t been tested but they seem to work

Just search for grandpcgames on google. You can find lots of PC games there or check my channel for videos on that site. Age of Empires 2 and 3, both are present there. Dead links are also fixed within few hours. Just give it a try @ grandpcgames,com
